"I will never go back to this Pizza Hut! The loud horseplaying in the back with loud talking while preparing food is unbelievable. I placed an order at around 5:45 pm and the app said it will be ready in 15 minutes. Well 15 minutes turned into 30, then 45, then 1-hour, the 1- hour and 15 minutes only fir for the young lady to tell me they never started on my pizza! Really so she said they will start it right away. Only after another 15 minutes, they still had not made my pizza. I was speechless. So the young lady apologizes and gave me a refund which I left without my pizza and list 2 hours out of my day. The sad part I remember when this Pizza Hut first opened in this Suburban Plaza and to see what it has become is beyond disappointing. I tried, never again. No Thank You because there are other pizza spots that has outpizzaed The Hut!!"

"absolutely do not order from this Pizza Hut! We ordered pizzas and NEVER received them at all. We stayed up late waiting for them to be delivered and we called which the manager picked up and said they did not have our order. They LIED about a manager and kept us on hold. thank goodness we did not pay over the phone. SAVE YOUR MONEY"

"This location does it’s utmost best to give you a high quality worst experience ever. Pizza Hut needs to dump the company running this location! Two hours later and my pizza still hasn’t arrived. The last time it took 1.5 hours and the pizza was cold."

"Firstly! I wanna tell that it is 0 stars if I could. The WORST PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!.I ordered pizza at 9:45 pm on app for pick up and was there to pick up at 10:00 went in asked for the order they said that it's in the makes, when on app it showed it is ready for pick up. we waited until 10:30 PM. While we were waiting inside they locked us in from 10:06 and closed the doors for other customers when it shows that it closes at 11 PM. If they have to close at 10 they can put that on the website or something. Reluctantly making us wait is not professional. The pizza looked like its only crust and barely any taste in it and it was waaaayyy undercooked. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"I beg of you! please do not buy any pizzas or any of the other food items from this Pizza Hut location your health may be compromise. On Saturday 11/26/22 I place an online order for 4 pizzas to be picked up at 11:00 am. I got there got my 4 Pizzas and headed to my destination and hour away from the pizza store. When I open the pizza boxes for the event I was attending, I was disgusted with what I receive. I will let the pictures speak for themselves the pizzas dough look horrible not cook to specification. I couldn't return them the same day, so I went back to the store the next day Sunday 11/27/22 and I spoke with Katherine Bailey the General Manager. I share my concerns with her and my dissatisfaction with the pizzas and I told her that I wanted a full refund. Her response to me was she couldn't give me a refund because in her eyes the pizzas where fully cook. I was lost for words seriously? The Store manager the individual responsible for proper training, food inventory, product quality control, she allowed those pizzas to be serve and sold under her supervision and don't see the issue with the pizzas? So now she got me questioning the freshness of her pizza products especially the pizza dough are they expire? her actions and attitude, clearly tells me she don't care about the quality and freshness of the food products being cook and sold under her supervision. Therefore she's putting my health, your health at risk whenever we buy from this store. Also Pizza Hut Corporate should be hold accountable as well for allowing this horrible service to continue with hundredths of complaints already on file what is going to take a food poisoning lawsuit? PLEASE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION"
