"The AC in my Prius stopped working in the middle of July when I was driving from NYC to Atlanta. I stopped at an auto parts place en route to add coolant; they told me that the compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. When I called ToyoTechs to make an appointment, I told them I needed the compressor replaced. An hour or so after they started working on the car, they told me the compressor was fine. Turns out the problem was a slow leak. They could have left the compressor in, charged me for a new one, and I would have been none the wiser. I consider these folks not only skilled and fast, but trustworthy as well. Five stars. (I'd give six if I could.)"
