"I had my oil changed early December 2023, and within 3 weeks all the oil had leaked. My engine was empty within 500 miles because they did not place the drain plug back correctly. They could have killed my engine. And worst of all the phone number doesn’t even work."

"Went by for a simple synthetic oil change at 6:30 pm only to be told that they are “closed”. It’s clear on the door, the website, and google that they close at 7 pm. His excuse was they “have to clean up”. Clean up after 7 pm like every other business with clear open times. First experience with jiffy lube and definitely my last."
