"I had these clowns replace my spark plugs and a couple of bad coil packs on my Honda Pilot several years ago. This was the first spark plug change... actually, this was the first time any work other than regular maintenance had been done on this car. When I picked up my car I learned they had also replaced the starter. This was suspicious because it gave no indication of going bad and starters on 6-8 year old Hondas tend to be very reliable. OK, fine, I guess I was unlucky with mine. Fast forward a few years and I am changing my spark plugs. Everything is fine until I take out #5 and see they had stripped/cross-threaded my #5 cylinder spark plug hole and used a "thread saver" on the new spark plug WITHOUT TELLING ME. Clowns!"

"This guy is amazing. I got stuck at 6pm at a gas station after filling my tank. My starter was seized and wouldn’t crank. He came out inside 20 minutes and tried to get it loose so I could get home over an hour away. After it still wouldn’t start, he called his buddy to come fetch my Xterra and have it towed to his shop. He gave me a ride to the hotel next to his shop. My rig was safely towed to the shop and repaired by noon the next morning. I called him when I started my lunch break, and he came to pick me up to get my car. The repair bill was lower than I had expected and I was on my way. I found my new mechanic! Thanks so much for all your help."
