"I recently bought a truck for my bread route and called a local mechanic who recommended that I call WT Standard for my needs. When I called and spoke to the service team I was connected with Mr. Kelly who was able to answer my questions well enough for me to stop by today. Once I entered the office I was greeted by Mr. Matt Phillips and his team who were able to ask the right questions and tend to my needs. I was surprised and comforted to know that they also service a fellow independent distributor at my depot in Kennesaw. On my way out I mentioned to a lady associate that I was going to wait for the Uber to drop me back to my car since I had driven my truck there, and to my surprise she was able to give me a ride back to my car. I haven’t had my truck serviced here yet since I just dropped it there today, but based on my interaction with everyone so far, I feel like my truck is in good hands. I will update this review once the truck has finished its service with more details. Thanks In advance for everything so far."

"Worst place ever. They simply steal your money. After an accident I leave my box truck to replace the back roll up door, after 7 weeks, yes they take 7 weeks to replace a door! The door don’t close completely ( is a 5 inches gap on top). The door don’t roll properly on rails, you have to use an extreme force to pull up ( a lady or an old person simply can’t do it) The ropes that pull the door up just broke after a week. All lights inside the box and on back of the truck are not working. Brian the manager is a complete clown, if you ask to fix it, he just smile and said it is normal and will work fine after a couple weeks of use. Please look the picture and run away from this terrible place!"
