Take 5 Oil Change

"Wife got her oil changed there and the next day the rock guard underneath fell loose and tore away a quarter of the panel off. Was told they would try to fix so wife went there they told her they fixed it...when I got home and saw it was exactly how it was when I made initial call. Spoke with 2 managers and 1 corporate. Still waiting on a call back with a solution...it's been 16 days thus far..."

"I am a new customer of Take 5, as I usually use a dealership for all of my vehicle needs. After my experience here the next oil change that I need will definitely be done by these guys. They were ALL extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I was in a bit of a hurry as I was actually doing this before my subcontractors were getting to my j on b so I went early and I was in and out in was seemed to be just a few minutes. I highly recommend these guys for anyone that would normally go to a dealership you need to make an appointment here I just pulled up stayed in my vehicle and they changed my oil. It was a little more expensive but if I factor in my time an extra $10 - $20 from my dealership was definitely worth it. I will gladly come back and let it be done from here on out.
