"Took close to 1 hour to get my parts ordered at the store, then I had to pay shipping bc they weren’t on the shelf….. fine whatever they’ll be here in the morning… wrong now I’m waiting till Monday to get the parts bc I work in this side of town not live here. Hopefully they show up Monday, still not sure y I had to pay shipping on an item I probably could have gotten faster and cheaper on Amazon thanks to the delays."

"Awesome and Fast Service! Chris was great help indeed. I walked in right as the store closed and he helped me checkout fast, efficiently and replaced my battery for me without any gripes or complaints. He was very friendly and inviting and would definitely recommend his customer service and recognition for promotion at the company’s earliest convenience."
"I brought my vehicle to advanced auto towards the end of the day I couldn’t turn it off without it dying. I went into the store Chris was helping me he tested the battery and it needed to be replaced. I have a 2019 Ford edge so the battery was in a complicated area. Literally I was so blessed to have Chris there as he has been working on Car since he was young. In less than 20 minutes he had taken the part off remove the battery and replaced the new one and I was back on the road! He provided excellent customer service and stood out in the incredible heat replacing it so that I would have a safe car to drive. One of the other guys in the store had came out and looked at the battery and said it would probably be too difficult but Chris said it wouldn’t be a problem. I don’t normally write reviews but I was just amazed how fast and courteous that he was."
