"Customer service is lacking big time. While the employee was helping me, I asked to see the fastener bin. He left me to help a new customer that just walked in with out a word. When he returned, asked if there was anything else. I asked for the fastener bin again. He typed the request in the computer and said we don't have a fastener bin or bolt drawers. Clueless and yet this employee has worked at this location for a few years."

"I had to drive my daughters Jeep Cherokee to work on 2.17.23. It was rush hour traffic on a rainy morning. The windshield wipers were in horrible need of replacement and I could not see well driving in the rain due to this issue. I stopped at Napa to purchase and have placed new windshield wipers so that I could continue my trek into work safely. I explained my situation to the guy in the store who happened to be the Assistant Manager…. An older gentleman. I purchased the windshield wipers and asked him how they are put on…. Hopefully prompting him to offer to do this for me. Mind you it is only sprinkling outside. I know that O’Reilly and Autozone will put them on for you. He explained how to replace them, which of course made no sense to me, and said, “if you can’t figure it out, come back tomorrow and we will put them on for you”……. This from an Assistant Manager. This from a lady who already stated it was unsafe to drive because I could not see. I ended up having to stop elsewhere to get them to put them on and they were actually the wrong windshield wipers that he sole me."

"Just had a wonderful "people really are good" moment in this store. Somehow the bottom flap under car came off on one side while I was driving. This NAPA was the first store I came across. I went inside to buy a bungee to hold it up, but Jim, the man working said that wouldn't work; it would still keep flapping. He grabbed a packet of zip ties and said "let me try this". He did. He tied it up for me (thank God because I'm wearing white jeans)...and said "that should hold it for awhile. I told him how much I appreciated him doing that for me and asked if I could tip him; he declined. Then I followed him inside to pay, but he said "no charge, it was the stores." That was really nice of him. Next battery or breaks I kill, I'm coming to this NAPA to replace."

"Jeff is beyond helpful. I went in thinking I knew the issue after two diagnostics. He did his own synopsis and showed much concern. After purchase and gets 3rd diagnosis, he all me to return the product. Then he referred me to All Pro. One and done. Thanks, Jeff. We need more like you."

"I’d recommend you know exactly what you need when you call or go. I called for a part I needed and was assured that they had several options that would fit my vehicle. I drove about 40 minutes to get the part for the vehicle. I arrived and found that the part would not fit my vehicle so an employee recommend another part that he swore would work. It didn’t appear the sensor was the right one but he was confident that it would work for me even though it wasn’t the same as the original part. I bought it only to return home and find that it wasn’t going to work. I understand mistakes are made. It may have been a computer issue recommending the wrong part or the employee didn’t look it up right but they did have my exact vehicle model and year to confirm the correct parts. I returned the part at another NAPA store and it rang up for less then the Kennesaw location had charged me for it. This caused a problem as they couldn’t figure out why the Kennesaw location had charged me more for the part. After some phone calls the amount I paid was refunded to me. The Woodstock location did a great job assisting me. I would warn you to know that the part will work for you prior to making a trip."
