"Had intermittent electrical problems with a 2012 jeep wrangler. Random electrical issues. Chased them down myself, finally took it to the dealer, they charged me a lot of money to not fix the jeep (and tell me it needed a new head gasket...!?!?!) Finally followed a friend's advise and had it towed out to Kennesaw to Zimco. Rod is an absolute magician. Worked his way through the electrical system and found the issue, which was very very challenging to diagnose. Jeep has been running absolutely perfectly for 2 months after being down for nearly 6. Rod, and Zimco, are the rare breed of honest and immensely capable repair shops and I will never take another vehicle anywhere but Zimco, even though they're 20 miles away from home."
"Zimco is the best and most honest mechanic shop you will ever visit with fair pricing. Took my mazda 6 after haven gotten two diagnostics of a bad starter/calibrator. But Rod insited to do a new diagnostic and it turned out it was just my battery terminals that were not well tightened. Zimcos reviews speaks for itself. "Fantastic Service! Expert A/C diagnostics and repair. Super professional and extremely courteous, very fair, and conscientious service. Expert Zimco technicians quickly identified compressor seal leak and clutch issues as well as a huge orifice tube performance problem using UV dye and A/C diagnostics. A/C was repaired/recharged within 24 hours. My A/C has never performed better. Great courteous quick service. Zimco treats customers like family. Owners go above and beyond to treat their customers fairly and very professionally. Zimco also takes the time to fully explain issues and options to address them properly. Owners even personally delivered my repaired vehicle to my residence after a thorough A/C repair quality check/test ride. Super Service! We will make Zimco our GO TO auto repair and service business.
