"This was my first time coming here. The guy who came out to help me was very nice, polite, friendly, and funny. I had a car in front of me, so I waited a few minutes but he let me know that he was finishing up on the car ahead. I was there to get an oil change and was seen quickly, he explained to me the whole step of what to expect later on and the discounts that are provided to me with the plan I have with the car dealership from which I purchased the car from. "Workers here were great, treated me well. However, I can't in my heart leave a good review. The workers didn't seem to have any gloves, and it really offset me. No matter the business workers should be wearing gloves if they are getting their hands dirty. You need to provide or enforce gloves, only then will I improve my review."
"I love this place. I bring all of my cars here. I needed 80,000 mile service done on my vehicle. The dealership wanted to charge me $750. I brought the list over to grease monkey. Half of the stuff my car did not even need. I spent $290. I am so happy. Jamie and Jennifer are wonderful. Jamie and I talked about the services and he explained them to me . he let me take pictures of the fluid and filter- the difference is amazing. I’m so glad I got this done. So thankful that they are less than a mile from my house."
