"Very rude. Tried to use for first time and completed online reservation form which sent an email confirming my requested pick up address and time. When car did not arrive, I called and explained this was my first time using their service and I wanted to make sure I had correctly set things up and they were sending a car. Gentleman on the phone was very short with me and told me that those requests just get deleted if you don't enter a credit card online (which I was not prompted to do on the website) and that they were not sending a car. I get that there may have been confusion on my part and I wasnt being difficult or insistent...simply verifying because the "reservation request" also clearly states to call if the car is not there to avoid being held responsible for charges. The tone was very unnecessary and I certainly don't want to do business with a company like this."

"Jean and Marlon were our amazing drivers for a wine tour I booked for 10 ladies, and they did not disappoint! They were on time, vehicles are very clean and they are so accommodating. They even let us make a pit stop in between tours to take a few moments to admire a breathtaking view of mountains. They were friendly, had great conversation and are now officially our drivers for any events I plan in the Atlanta area. Five star service all the way!"

As always they were amazing, everyone had an amazing time and driver was fun with the kids, as a parent I was so comfortable knowing they were safe and being taken care of, I will continue to use Rush Hour as they have NEVER disappointed and always gone above and beyond.
