"Don’t take your vehicle here! The lady at the front desk should not be dealing with customer service(No need to elaborate as most of negative reviews here make mention of her) We took our vehicle here because it was overheating. They said we needed to replace the water pump, belt, and fan. So we had them complete the work and after doing so, the very next day after we picked it up we noticed it was leaking. Our vehicle did not have any issues with leaking before we took it to them. So, we called to let them know and asked could they look at it, especially when we just paid all this money for repairs and did not have this issue. The guy we talked to on the phone was immediately like it’s transmission fluid which has nothing to do with us but you can bring it in and we will look at it as a courtesy. So, after they claim to have looked at it, they tell us it’s the transmission fluid and we don’t deal with transmissions. We take it to Aamco since they specialize in transmissions and they immediately call us and say, I don’t know why they told you it’s transmission fluid, it’s Oil and they should have know that simply from the color. This place cannot be Trusted!! They either didn’t even check our vehicle to make sure they didn’t make a mistake somewhere or just don’t know what their doing because they didn’t know oil from transmission fluid."
