To my relief, after conducting thorough diagnostics, it seems that what I initially feared to be a major issue may not be the case. Ken dedicated a solid hour or more to meticulously inspecting and working on my car, going above and beyond by even washing the engine bay, all at no extra cost. His expertise and amiable nature made a lasting impression - it's evident that he is truly a master of his craft.
