"I will be taking my 2021 Nissian Titan back in the morning for the 4th time in a month! The techs can’t figure out what is wrong with it and keep saying nothing is wrong because they can’t replicate the problem. I have video evidence of it losing power, not shifting and my Nissan app got a message that the emissions was going bad. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealer and my son has bought his car from them too but never again! I will be going to Toyota of Newnan once I somehow get this problem solved. Terrible services and the techs are not trained to really fix much! Don’t buy a car from them at all!"
"I brought my 2022 Altima Midnight Edition to get the oil changed and tire rotated. Before I got there, I washed my car and presented them with a nice clean car. When I went to pick up my car I noticed the back passenger tire had been curbed and there was damage to my rim, which is a black rim. There was still curb dust on the tire and metallic flakes on the rim. I told the service dept what was going on and they told me this could not have happened there, even though there are several curbs in the parking lot, notably the curb outside the service bay door that has countless scrub marks on it. They offered to take me back inside to give me a price for a new rim!!!! Insane!!! I was told they would call me back after they look into it, which of course I never got that call. We recently moved to the area and my family usually buys several cars each year and I am happy this happened before doing any big business with them. Thankfully there is another nissan dealership in Union City and will be going there with each of my card needs. I honestly wouldn't leave Nissan of Newnan my lawnmower much less a car."
"The service department is awful and will lie to people to get them out of the service department. My car, that I bought brand new from this dealership, has been at their service department for a repair of my airbag light since 4/19/22 and I had to bring it in multiple times since December for issues before leaving it there on 4/19/22. The people I have dealt with when I go in to check the status of my car don't actually seem to know what is going on with my car and I have to stop in because their service department admittedly turned off their phones due to "being short staffed and overwhelmed with servicing cars". If their service department is that overwhelmed with repairs, it makes me question the quality of cars they are selling. I would not recommend buying a car from here and I definitely don't recommend taking your car to be serviced here because you will be in a rental indefinitely if you are lucky enough to get one. When I bought the car, I had to carefully look over the paperwork because they tried to add in hidden fees that they advertise that they don't have. I am currently in the process of working with arbitration due to them selling me a lemon."
"I dropped my car off on 2/6/22 to be serviced. I got a call on 3/7/22 after leaving a message once a week saying I would receive a call back. I was told I would have a diagnosis for my car by the end of the day and on 3/8/22 I received a text informing me they are still working on my car. I continued to call 2-3 times a week and leaving messages because the service center receptionists couldn’t reach the service tech. It is now 3/29 and still have not been reached out to or have been able to reach any service techs or their manager. I feel as if I have been forgotten about and ignored. They have awful customer service for a “service” center. I’m headed up there today to hopefully get a resolution wish me luck. I would not recommend this place at all. I want to point out the receptionists there have been very helpful and sympathetic; it’s the service technicians neglect and their manager that infuriates me. I also want to say that the advisor assigned to me is Tripp Harper and I am very dissatisfied with his “performance”"
