"Went to pick up my dry cleaning - closing time listed to be 7pm. However they are closed at 6:40 pm (photo taken at 6:41pm) Why are people not considerate of other peoples time?!?!?"

"Wouldn't go anywhere else. They care their customers are satisfied. Cloths always cleaned and pressed to my satisfaction. Their alteration ladies are fabulous."

"Chaotic process to retrieve items. SueAnn was confused and did not know the correct calendar date. Wooden blocks utilized as calendar were not correct at mid-afternoon when I was a customer. Unable to find my item, a white dress shirt. Told to "give us some time". I left without my item which was to be ready 5 days ago per my receipt. Unacceptable customer service when you can't locate my item for pickup. Get it together this is embarrassing"

"I was charged double what the woman quoted me to get a dress altered and it took forever to get back. I was originally told it would be ready by the 6th (two weeks from the drop off date) and I went to pick it up but it turns out they closed the rest of the week for "4th of July vacation" and I was just now able to get it. I was finally able to get it today and she charged me double what she quoted me and where the straps were supposed to be shortened they just folded it over and sewed it into the dress so now it has two big lumps where the straps go. A piece of advice, skip this place if you're looking for alterations."
