"I dropped off a few pieces that needed pressed. The pants came back without creases (I dropped them off with creases that I wanted preserved). Other than complete crease removal, they were not pressed well at all. And my pieces now have a permanently fused barcode (some visible from the outside of my garment!) Not cool. Oh, and, many of the pieces came back covered in lint, threads, etc. Will never give them my clothes again. Complete waste of $40 and I’m stuck with re-cleaning and pressing them myself."
