"I have utilized The Laundry twice in the last month for the wash and fold service. The first time everything was perfect. My clothes were hung on my hangers, wrinkle free or folded very neatly before they wrinkled. My latest visit on 7/24/21 things weren't as perfect. My jeans were folded after they were a rumbled, wrinkled mess. This makes them unwearable for me as I am a full time RV'er without a clothing steamer or iron. (Photo included) Because of my last experience I am only giving 4 stars."
