"The man at the package shipping counter was incredibly rude. I have shopped at this store and used their services for over 20 years and have never had an experience like happened today. It wasn't what he said, it was the way he said it and his terrible attitude. At the end of a very unpleasant experience, he threw the shipping label down in front of me and walked off. When I inquired about what I was supposed to do, he told me to "inspect it" and had me put the label on the package myself. Not once in over 20 years has anyone ever handled shipping a package in such a manner. When I inquired if he was new, he repeatedly smarted me off in front of another customer."

"Corporate has downsized staff to the point of significant customer frustration. The manager was try to keep all of the customers happy, teaching them to use the copy machine and helping at the print desk, answering questions for other customers. He is just one person. The cashier was a very attractive but abrupt young lady. Pretty she was. Helpful she was not!"

"Went to the print center to try and pay for something since the sign on the register said to come there if the registers were closed... The man working the counter was so rude to everyone, talked down to us like we were supposed to know better. After scolding us, he then made us leave and go to the main register. Won't be coming back."

"I will never shop at this location again. They will sell a chair that is already put together if they have more than one of that color/style already assembled to make it sound like they're doing you a favor but fail to mention or point out that since it's assembled, even if you buy it that way, then it is not eligible for returns! I could totally understand not being eligible for returns if I assembled it myself or if I had tried to return it weeks or months down the road! But I purchased it last night an hour before they closed and called first thing this morning to ask about the return. I guess I learned that I need to ask more questions when I shop for an office chair next time but it sure won't be at the Office Depot in Morgantown, WV!"
