"I got my hair colored today by Ashley and she did a phenomenal job!! Definitely going back."
"I would not recommend this business. It was my 1st time & I was not pleased with the service from Tabbie at Nova Salon on several levels. I went into my appointment with pictures of what I wanted, so there were no misunderstandings. Both with the color AND the cut I wanted her to do. Needless to say, I did not get what I paid for. I had completely let my hair grow out, so I could start over with a my highlight. For that reason, it was especially important to me that it was done right; since it took so long to grow out. Neither my cut or highlight were what I wanted. After all the time I spent in the chair, I was disappointed to say the least. Secondly, it needs to be said that my experience was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Tabbie brought her 5 yr. old daughter with her because she shared that it was so expensive to get a babysitter. As much as I love kids, I didn’t expect to babysit HER child, during my appointment. That kid talked and/or was within inches of my face for 95 percent of the time. Point: I wouldn’t have minded if she was there and/or play quietly in the corner. Additionally, when Tabbie was cutting my hair, she started digging through her purse to find the “product “ to use in my hair. Really? Did you bring something from home so you could do your job? In summary, I feel like I paid top dollar to have my hair highlighted and cut. Not only did I not get what I wanted, but I was very disappointed with the final result. To be totally fair, my stylist did ask me if I was happy I reluctantly told her yes, just to get the heck outta there . I WAS SO OVER IT AT THIS POINT. I cheerfully paid Tabbie, because I do consider myself a reasonable person, but never again. And as a warning, please don’t make this mistake either."
"Erin was wonderful. The salon followed all COVID guidelines and with stylists in separate rooms, social distancing was strictly adhered to. Erin's work was excellent and my hair turned out great. She is an excellent colorist."
"Amy McCallister is an awesome stylist who makes you feel pampered, loved, and appreciated while in her chair! Beautiful color and cuts. I highly recommend!!"
