Holiday Hair

"I brought in my daughter for a hair trim. Should be straightforward, I asked for her hair to be washed and they refused and just trimmed the ends and I was charged for the full service. Based on their comments they seem to be novice hair stylists and were not knowledgeable. On top of it, they were incredibly unprofessional and were just rude. We don't live in the area anymore,but will take my daughter to our normal stylist for them to fix the sub-par hair cut."
