"The salon is super cute on the inside. I went in with super long hair and wanted to donate, so they cut off quite a bit. My hair didn't come out like the picture (at all) but that's ok. After I ran the flat iron thru it I liked it more. A little shell shocked at first. But the staff is super friendly! I'd go back for sure."
"Lacie is a fantastic nail tech! She is artistic and does quality work."
"I’ve been looking for a new hair salon since moving to the valley and Dena was amazing! She brought my dull hair back to life. Im not much of a talker, but she was so friendly and welcoming. I already have an appointment scheduled before my wedding for some last minute touch ups. Go see Dena!!!"
"I was very disappointed with my balayage service. I was really excited for my appointment and wasn’t expecting anything to go wrong because I had seen this stylist for a couple of haircuts and really liked her work with my cuts. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the first attempt was nothing like it at all. It was much lighter than the blonde I was going for and there were clear demarcations lines- it just looked rushed and sloppy. Before I left, I asked if she could fix it with a root smudge to blend it some more and she picked a color (without my knowledge) that was more of an auburn color so my roots ended up looking more orange. I messaged her the next morning, very upset, and she offered to fix it. I do appreciate that she met me late the next evening to correct it. She re-colored my whole head and did the balayage all over again. It did look better when I left but not even a week (2 washes) later, the orange color was back. I messaged her again to see if she could make my roots darker and she said that she was afraid my hair wasn’t taking her products well and that I should see a different stylist at the salon who uses a different brand. Now, a month later, I’m finally able to get in at a different salon to see if this new stylist can fix this orange color. I had initially asked for a refund, but felt that it looked better after her second attempt. Looking back, I wish I would have taken the refund because I will likely be paying double now to have it corrected. I think my stylist was incredibly sweet and professional, and I know she is well loved by her regulars. I may have just caught her on an off night, but the experience stuck with me to the point that I’m still very unhappy with the outcome a month later. **Edit as of 06/03/23** I wanted to add that my stylist reached out to me a few weeks after posting this review and told me that she refunded me the money from her service. Her actions truly go to show her professionalism and kind heart. I am incredibly grateful and wish her the best "
