"It was a very cold day and I had some business at the United National Bank. When I returned to my car, the battery was no longer strong enough to start my engine. Fortunately, the Auto Zone was just across the street, however the highway was a busy one. I walk to the "Zone" and explained my situation. A kind man by the name of Thomas (I think) lent me the tools to remove my battery. This save me about a mile in walking back to the house! Once I removed the battery and returned to the store, Karen Lane (who works there) gave me a ride in her truck to the bank, thus saving me from carrying a heavy car battery across a busy highway. (I'm 65 years old). What could have been a major inconvenience turned into a simple repair that took less than 30 minutes (and saved me a few miles of walking in the cold). I am very appreciative of both of these individuals."

"The lady who served me was so rude. Don't have any courtesy, robotic service (even robots have customer service) but this lady is not trained in customer service. She needs to be trained in diversity to remove stereotype barriers. Scott the old store manager was exceptional!"
