"Been here 4 times since I moved to Hurricane. Did the online check in like usual where the wait was 80 mins . Waited til I got a message saying I’m up in 15 mins that was 4:45pm. My name was #2 on the list. Two people were seen before me and I still was #2 on this list . No one listed ahead of me came off. It’s 5:25pm and I still haven’t been seen. If it’s going to be like this moving forward I’ll be look into a different salon ."
