Reviews
"Not happy with this particular location. After placing an online order and picking up, which was fast and convenient, turned out that a few of the parts not only wouldn't work on my particular vehicle but wasn't needed. Decided to return but there's where the trouble began. Was told the only way was for the method of payment, which I had used a different payment option, to be presented after talking with the company that provided payment. Not accurate after placing call. Was told they should have processed return. Looks as if I may have parts that aren't needed."
"Years of good sales no non since folks Cheaper isn't better you get what you pay for"
"Never buy a remanufactured head from them. I recently made that mistake. Not only was I lied to about what all came with it. When I got it on my bench, I found half the Manifold holes have been helicoiled. I never expected that bad of quality out of napa."
"Best auto parts store in town everyone that works there is friendly and good at there job they always go the extra mile so you can get the parts you need even those hard to find parts They keep top quality parts in stock I've been shopping there for years"
"I was looking for a fuel additive to clean my fuel injectors and asked what they would recommend. They gave me a bottle of stuff called "44K". It was probably the most expensive additive I've ever bought. It was $22.99, and worth every penny. The stuff works great. My truck isn't having anymore engine surge or misfiring. I'm very pleased. That's always the way my visits go. It's never really pleasant to have to buy parts or deal with vehicle problems but at least here I am taken care of well. I've never seen anyone have a problem with any of the people who work there. They aren't the cheapest parts store by any means but you definitely get what you pay for. I'll be going back."
