"Stocked poorly. Had a oil change and return store statement reported I refused/declined a number of inspections, no one EVER talked to me."

Do not know how to follow instructions. They smile to your face like their listening but they are not. I’ve given them several chances and they are just worthless and might mess up your vehicle take my advice and stay away."
