"I purchased a new battery for a company truck and the associate that helped me was never asked or anything but was kind enough to take the time to change the battery for me so as to not be charged a core. The gentleman was kind and done a great job cleaning up my very dirty corroded battery terminals and compartment to extend the life of the battery. I wish I would of caught the guys name because he deserves a raise for being a model employee that cares about the customer.
