"When I FIRST scheduled my daughter to come to this office, I verified that they accept her insurance . . . . this morning we wake up, get ready, waste time that we could’ve been doing something else and Uber to this office, (car is in the shop), for the receptionist to tell us that they in fact don’t accept her insurance and it would be $180 for self pay. To say I’m upset would be a GRAVE understatement. We’ve wasted time and money and I rescheduled my other child’s appointment to work this one in, and they didn’t care AT ALL that they inconvenienced us."
