"I went to Palmetto ENT on Devine Street in Columbia for a hearing test and a visit with a physician (to interpret the test results) during the same visit. After the hearing test, I waited in the exam room FOR 1 HOUR for a doctor, who never showed up. I checked out and informed the staff that Dr. Thompson never showed up. No one apologized, and no one called me to explain or to offer to reschedule an appointment. A few days later, when I realized that no-one from Palmetto ENT was interested in patient communication, I called the office to schedule yet another appointment. I was told that the soonest they could see me was in 2 weeks, even though I was the inconvenienced customer! Normally, I wouldn't return, except I would like to know the results of my hearing exam. A very disappointing first impression."
