"I went here in September for a regular check up and prescription refill for the first time. Loved my PA Mrs. Jackson. However, I had blood drawn and fainted in the lobby and hit my head. They insisted I get a cat scan in order to leave. I told them I didn’t want to because I know how expensive those can be and I felt fine. They insisted I would not be charged and it wouldn’t go through my insurance. I have received two hefty bills since then and I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me. I have called, left voicemails, and written letters via mail to try get someone to help me with these bills I can not afford."
