"Dr Naas is nice but to be honest I was very upset that I showed up for an outpatient appt only to find out it was not the surgery outcome I was expecting even after calling almost 2 months ago asking details that the nurse “couldn’t” answer on the phone. Basically we just want your money no matter what. So now I paid almost $400 and they will still most likely charge me for full procedure that did not happen. What happened to patient care and concern and not just profit. As for colonoscopy that I get every couple of years no issues. He was great."
