"Like all the other reviews...sent a bill for over $800 when I got an EOB from insurance stating my portion is $36. Service was rendered in May. Bill was received in July. It is now October, and this issue has still not been resolved. On hold well over 20 mins every time I call, but I am currently headed toward the 50 minute mark waiting on hold to talk to someone. Next time we will refuse service for anyone using Upstate Pathology and go somewhere else. Thankfully, this is an option for us."

"No online payments or ability to run an HSA card. I was told to call the number on my HSA card and have them send a check. Very time consuming."
