"The staff is nice but I feel that the doctor doesn't understand my needs & is putting me on small doses when I need higher doses. I explained my doctor in Ohio but when he changes me to a new drug he gives me 1 mg that's not going to help me. I don't know if you can talk to him in between or not. I'm just upset about it."
"The first doctor to actually HELP me in 6 months time and several doctors. Staff is amazing and went above and beyond! Stacy is a great receptionist. Super in tune and empathetic goes above and beyond and Dr. Krebbs is just amazing! He listened and understood and made the appropriate decisions. They have honestly changed my life with their customer service and good decision making!!!!"
"I've been a patient of Dr. Krebs for a few years. I've found Dr. Krebs & his staff to be wonderful to work with. They set clear boundaries with patients, are incredibly clear about what patients must do, & run a seamless psychiatric practice. They have treated me with nothing but kindness & respect as I have navigated extreme challenges with my mental health. This office is also very mindful to follow guidelines & laws when writing prescriptions. They follow best practices as well. Dr. Krebs stays informed about advances in psychiatric medicine & has done far better managing my psychiatric medications & how they interact with other medications I take than the gp I saw in the past who was completely incompetent. I'll never allow a gp to manage my psychiatric medications again."
"My experience thus far has not been as great as I'd hoped. As a new patient, my relationship with Dr. Krebs has not been conflicting, though the communication with the staff is quite irritating. The staff is rude. It seems as if their communication with the doctor is conflicting at times and not everyone is on the same page. For future reference, if you decide to receive care by this team, always take name of whom you are communicating with. Make copies of scripts and dates so that you are backed up with questions you may have about medication and refill dates. Not by any means should you have to discuss your previous visits with the front desk clerk, arguing as to why you need to be seen or why you are requesting something from the doctor. Some of the staff seem to lack the proper training for their position, or maybe don't do well with verbal communication, but coming from someone who works in the medical field, the staff should be educated enough to give correct response when it comes to script refills and what steps it may take if the patient is in need of them early. Mind you, I understand that scrips are written precisely and medications are to be taken as ordered, but the patient should not have to justify their personal reasons with the clerk as to why the patient was non-compliant. Nor should that patient feel judged for not taking their medication as ordered, again, this is none of their business or place for them to make comments towards the situation... That is between the doctor and the patient."
"We were having difficulty during the transition of our health insurance and were asking if they could write out one extra prescription for our son to buffer during this time period. They refused. We asked if they would be willing to call the health insurance and if we could get our refill earlier, so that he would not miss his medicine. They would not. What help are doctors and health insurances, if you cannot get what you need? I was very mad and said that I am not coming back here and walked out the door. My husband said nothing but walked out after me. About a month later, and health insurance issues resolved, my husband and son went to his appointment. The door was locked and nobody there. The next day I called and asked what happened. They cancelled his appointment without letting us know and told me he is no longer their patient, as I wished. Yes I was not going there no longer, but my son still needs his medicine and one cannot find a replacement doctor always so fast. My husband and son could of still went until then. They were always very rude and the doctor did not really talk to my son much, sessions were always very short. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise."
