"Horrible experience, not well operated. I remember being told PT Barnum went out of business, but it is clear they pivoted to restaurant supply. The experience was beyond bad service. The engagement with this vendor entailed blatant disregard for the customer and refusing to engage the customer despite over thirty different attempts to communicate over an 8-month period. In June of 2021, we purchased a commercial ice machine from CCRS as well as 20k in additional kitchen supplies. Since that time, we have not had a functional product and for over 11 months of that time and counting the machine has allegedly been under repair. Despite the aforementioned, numerous attempts to engage the proprietor, Jason Hogg as well as maintenance personnel, Mike, we have been and continue to be ignored. We have engaged multiple receptionists and utilized every communication modality available. It appears litigation may be the only vehicle to resolve matters with this company at this time. I suppose this is implied at this point in the review, but we will not use this company for any of our businesses going forward. May update post in fall with either resolution in response to this review or continued disregard by Mr. Hogg."
