"I have ordered from this small business twice before without issues but recently made an order for a new release item and I am hopeful to receive the item. My issue is that the business owner lacks communication and customer service basics. I have reached out simply to ensure that my order can be fulfilled as the item ordered may have sold out as I have not gotten any email updates in the time promised on the company website. I attempted email first, no response or acknowledgment. I attempted Instagram Direct Message next, unto which you receive an automated response promising a turnaround time which has ALSO been surpassed with no follow up. Mind you, the BO shared that she was shipping MANY packages but I had gotten no tracking or email updates so I provided order# in hopes to receive tracking info to follow but also bring me comfort to know I will get the item and not have to hassle with a refund. Finally I attempted a phone call to the number listed on the website which is not in service. I simply just don’t understand! It’s as simple as communication and customer service which are so essential to the success (long term) of a small business."

"This company is far from a scam!! Y’all are doing the most! I’ve ordered from her several times. She does get backed up with orders and she’s very good telling her customers about delays. Her boots quality is always top tier. If there is ever an issue, you can literally text her."

"I placed an order for a pair of boots and a pair of heeled sandals that were advertised on the site. No one ever contacted me, via email or otherwise, to inform me the boots were sold out; I discovered this upon delivery. Someone crossed out the boots on the purchase order and hand-wrote "sold out." I sent an initial email, and then a follow-up email requesting a refund. There isn't a telephone number, only an email address and social media sites, e.g. Instagram, Tik Tok. To date, no one has responded regarding a refund. Additionally, why advertise boots that are sold out? Either way, this is very poor business practice and subpar customer service. I will not be making any additional purchases from this vendor...BUYER BEWARE!"
