"This Kroger is consistently the worst managed. I have lived in the area for 3 years and I can honestly say that it has only gotten worse. I even switched to pickup to avoid the disappointment of the store and today is the 4th time in a row that I have been called and told that my pickup isn’t going to be ready until hours after the scheduled time. It is time to start looking at your district managers instead of moving/terminating your local managers; this store obviously has bigger issues at hand."

"Love this store! If you've not worked retail during/post COVID, you have no idea how hard they work to keep product on the shelf and maintain excellent customer service. Miss Mary and Miss Kalia are ALWAYS incredibly helpful and treat my son like family! I wouldn't get my weekly groceries anywhere else."

"It’s my neighborhood store, and it turned into an absolute trash! Can’t tell you how many times items marked as discounted showed up a regular price at register, then you have to wait for staff member to check it out and give you the announced price with no apology. Bunch of items in refrigerators are expired. And all produce in this store is as far from fresh as you can only imagine! I made photos of tomatoes with mold and rotten potatoes today, and the box of blueberries went right to trash can at home. I pointed spoiled vegetables to a girl working next to them but she couldn’t care less. Shame!!!!!"

"This place is a total trash My recent visits to Kroger have left me with a less-than-pleasant impression. The overall atmosphere in the store feels notably low in energy, to the point where I actively try to minimize my time there. From the moment I walk in, I can't shake the feeling of wanting to get out as soon as possible. It's disheartening to observe that the energy isn't just limited to the environment but also extends to the staff. Many employees seem either visibly unhappy or stressed, and it's not difficult to empathize with their situation. It's clear that the work environment might be a challenging one. While I understand that working in retail can be demanding, the collective atmosphere greatly impacts the overall shopping experience. A more positive and vibrant environment would undoubtedly make the shopping experience more enjoyable for both customers and staff. I hope that the management takes note of the overall ambiance and considers measures to improve the working conditions for their employees. A happier team often translates to better customer service and a more inviting shopping environment. Until I notice a positive change, I'm inclined to explore other grocery options where the atmosphere is more welcoming. My intention in sharing this feedback is to contribute to the improvement of the overall experience for both customers and employees."

"Might be crowded during the usual peak hours but a bunch of "staffed" self checkout lanes make it easy to power through your shopping list. On that note: the Kroger app has a shopping list built in and a great source for coupons and cash back deals. Overall I like this Kroger location if you are heading out of town but don't want to go all the way to the Richmond Hill location."
