"I wanted to take my daughter for her first birthday. the woman stuffing the bears was not very friendly. she tried to upsell the voicebox and scents, and then didn't really make it a fun experience. the woman working the register was very friendly and helpful though!"
"I took my son for his first birthday and my daughter for her 6th, they both have October birthdays and the employee did not make it a memorable experience. They were more focused on selling the little stuffers than making it fun. She just sat at the little fluff filler thing and kind of smiled while offering scents and sounds but never interacted with the kids. When I took my daughter for her first time; they had a special song to sing and a fun way for her to fill her own bear. It really sucks because for my sons first time we don’t have any fun videos to show him as he grows and now my daughter may not look forward to it as much anymore. The kids didn’t get birthday hats or stickers like they usually do either. It was all over a bad experience. I also have a coupon that I wasn’t allowed to use because the employee wasn’t familiar with how it worked."
"Stacie was such a sweet employee! She made the experience so sweet and memorable. Even though I'm grown, I'm an avid Nightmare Before Christmas collector and had to have the 30th anniversary bear and she still made the experience so fun and nostalgic! I had to come say something on her behalf."
"Loved coming to Build-A-Bear! I never got to make one when I was younger, so I went through the whole experience and made myself a Rainbow Bear with some birthday accessories and a whole outfit! I got the beating heart, birthday song, and cotton candy scent insert. I also got my mom a custom Rainbow Unicorn with a cute Valentine's outfit since she collects unicorns. Matthew was so helpful getting me started and answering my questions, and Stacie helped me build and do add ons. It's such a fun experience for people of all ages!"
