Steve Madden Savannah

"I came to Savannah on my bachelorette trip and made the mistake of not packing any sneakers. I came to this Steve Madden and selected a pair, only to find out they didn’t have my size. I was assured by the sales women that if they didn’t work out, I could return the shoes, no problem. I noticed the shoes were a bit dirty, but they’re white sneakers after all, plus desperate times… I bought them, wore them for a few blocks, and quickly realized they were too small. I went back to the store the next morning and was relieved to see the same women who sold me the shoes the day before working again. I explained that they didn’t work out and asked for a refund. I was told the shoes were too dirty and they couldn’t accept them. I said they were dirty when I bought them, it’s been less than 24 hours since I purchased them, and I only wore them for a few blocks. They refused a refund. I asked for a store credit instead and was denied again. I later went on the Steve Madden website and found the same shoes online for $50, and they sold them to me in store for $85. Terrible customer service."

"I ordered a couple of purses on the 22nd of November and here it is Dec 1st and I still have not received an email about my product, its still in the unfulfilled status and im being told several times that they have to see which fulfillment place can actually do my order cause apparently im assuming they don't have it but they were available when I ordered. This is the #1 reason why I hate dealing with online shopping cause as customers we get the run around all the time. I am also being told that my product is in being processed, there is no way my product should be still processing. I have asked for my refund on several occasions, there is no need for the purses anymore because they were birthday gifts for my 12 year old niece who actually picked these purses cause she thought they were cute as I did as well. Standard shipping is 3 to 7 days but my order is still being processed but my payment is not though so I will never order from Steve Madden again and mind u my order is still processing. I just want all my money back cause I went somewhere else, thx u."

"I was warmly welcomed and asked if there was anything I was looking for. I was needing a neutral sneaker to go with anything + good for walking. Akeila was incredibly helpful, and really listened to my needs. I’m not a huge fan of shopping, but so happy I decided to stop by today, she really helped narrow down a big room of shoes to exactly what I was needing!"

I desperately found this store and walked in trying to find shoes that were both good for walking yet suitable to wear with business attire. Aquila helped me find a variety to try on as well as nailed the perfect sizing for me based on how they would stretch. I walked In the store with broken shoes and left with a comfortable and beautiful pair of heels. Great variety as well as great customer service!"
