"My husband ordered some Valentine’s Day flowers to be delivered to my office. I NEVER received the flowers. My husband called and was told that they would be delivered no later than 5:30. When he tried to call them back, no one answered and the voicemail is full! Totally unacceptable! I understand the February 14th is a busy day for florists, but it does not excuse this type of behavior. No one from the florist has even attempted to reach out to him. I tried to call as well and got the same result… No answer and voicemail is full. My husband would like a refund."

"My parents sent me a designer's choice fall bouquet that they spent nearly $200 on. I watered it when it arrived, as it had not a single drop of water in the vase. It arrived last Friday and about 1/3 of the flowers were dead by Sunday, barely 48 hours later. Every single rose was dead. Several chunks of the greenery had turned brown. Even issues with some of the fake fall looking leaves that are saturated and torn. I don't know names of all the flowers but there's withered, brown, dead flowers next to buds that haven't even opened yet. It is not appealing and I feel terrible that my parents spent so much money and the arrangement has withered so quickly. So disappointing. It's a pretty small vase so I guess stems were arranged to make it look bigger and things just aren't reaching the water. I could go to the grocery store and spend $40 on something the same size. You expect better from an actual florist."

"I couldn't pass up writing a review on this shop. If I could give 10 stars I would. I ordered or my sister and brother-in-law. The entire experience with them was 10 stars. The fruit basket was 10 stars and so was the service and ease of ordering. I did this online and from out of state not knowing what the outcome would be based on past experiences. Very Pleased!
