Sam's Club

"Purchased new set of tires. After replacing and mounting 3 of the 4 tires they called to tell me they couldn’t do the 4th due to stripped/swoll lug nuts. I knew they weren’t stripped and had never heard of steel swelling. I arrived and was able to remove the remaining lug nuts by hand with zero effort. The manager then arrived and said they had to use a 21mm socket. I told him the lug nuts were 22mm. He insisted they couldn’t use 22mm sockets. I also learned in that moment that they had placed the 4th tire in my vehicle which made for an excellent rubber potpourri. They finally agreed to mount the tire, since they had 22mm sockets but wouldn’t put the 6th lug nut on and would only put on 5. I left. Rolled around the corner and put the 6th one in with no effort again. Bizarre."

"Went to Sam's Club as part of my weekly grocery shopping. I used my Sam's app to track and pay for my groceries. I found all the items I wanted to purchase. It was a good experience."

"The women's restroom was dirty, dingy and dark. Even the walls of the stalls needed cleaning. The toilet paper dispenser would not close properly. The floor was wet in places. The old soap dispensers had not been properly removed. The hanger on the back of the stall door was missing. The Dyson(?) hand dryer was too high for short adults much less children. At least 2 of the self-service checkouts were not working properly. At least the gas pumps worked."

"I came here to get gas, some pizza, and do some shopping. The gas price was lower than most of the gas stations around, which I was happy with. The pizza was delicious and the people working in the cafe were incredibly nice. The store itself was awesome and had a lot of things that I do not normally have at my nearest Sam’s Club, which I really liked. I would definitely come back to get those items!"

"This Sam’s Club has been the most dirty that I had been since I’m a member of them (5Years). The bathrooms looks as dirty as the Walmart (Yes, I know they belong to the same owner) at Two Notch Rd. Solo of the employees (not all of them) are rude as they can. Definitely prefer my Sam’s Club of Fashion Dr. (Sandhills Mall)."
