"My favorite food lion it’s always clean in here. Wonderful people great Customer Service. Love the managers. Been trying to work here for the longest time."

"We had to run to the store last minute. We got there a few minutes before 10pm. A few minutes after 10pm the lights were turned off in the refrigerated areas. We were extremely confused because there was no announcements, and the sign on the door said they closed at 11pm. The few othrers in the store were also confused and concerned that the store was closing. We quickly got what we needed and left at 10:08pm. I understand that employees want to get out of there, but it seemed like they would have rather us not shopped there."

"Only go here for convenience and even then the customer service is absolutely terrible. I have had items left out of my bag on several occasions (at least 3 times in the last two years) and had to make an extra trip back to the store, even while sick. That new young (black; extremely long weave hairstyle on 12/20) female manager has no professionalism and attitude is terrible on the phone & in person. She literally talks trash to customers, makes illegal threats (to call authorities)and expects not to be spoken back to in the same manner. Don’t dish it if you can’t take it and, Food Lion - please train your staff to properly bag and give customers all the items that they have PAID for, the first time."

"I'm not impressed I only shop there for certain items because it's close. I prefer Publix better quality great customer service just a bit pricey but worth it."
