"Rent is cheap. No amenities or frills to the apartment, Communal laundry (one of the machines was broken for the entire year I lived there). You don’t have the option to get you own wifi, you have to use theres. Seems nice that it’s included in rent until it goes down multiple times because they didn’t pay the bill. Upon moving out they will charge you insane cleaning fees for nothing. One of the managers said my apartment was perfect and I was still charged a $275 cleaning fee."
