Crickentree Village Apartments

"We have moved and left this place behind. At that time the staff was not helpful at all. They seemed annoyed when you had a problem. One time police made a raid upstairs. They say they are pet friendly, yer they will not do anything about loud barking dogs upstairs at 2 or3 in the morning. It seemed that when ever Angela, manager, left property went down hill. We could not wait to move"

"I really like living here and I love my apt. They wont tell me what my rent will be in 6 weeks. I feel like I have the right to know as I need to make plans. I've asked 3 times, yesterday they said today or tomorrow, I still don't know, I feel like I'm twisting in the wind. We have to give a 30 day notice to vacate, I fear that I will be lost in the holiday shuffle and miss my window and charged a fee either because I didn't get my lease signed on time or didn't give them proper notice"

"My roommate and I moved in at the beginning of the month. Everything has been great. Walls are thick enough to not hear every little noise the neighbors make, everyone has been really great and friendly. The price here is amazing, especially considering we're right on Shem Creek (You can even kayak/canoe/paddleboard up the creek from the complex). The staff has all been very friendly and helpful, easy application and move-in process. I'm sad to see the laundromat in the clubhouse go, but I'm glad they're putting in more workout equipment so we can all have access to a full gym at home. Overall, great spot, great experience. The grounds are well-maintained and the complex is very pet friendly. The office and maintenance staff are the best. The sound from other apartments is minimal. You won’t regret making Crickentree your home."

"Crickentree is a beautiful property, tucked away among mature trees and green grass. Each apartment has personal patios or screened in porches. They are within walking to restaurants, shops and offices. Pet friendly and the management is fantastic! Very proactive and quick to respond to needs."
