"Do yourself a favor and just keep driving by this place! Unless you prefer moving into units with mold, broken blinds, outlets which have caught fire, multiple fixture issues and a property manager who thinks it's funny to degrade you, scream at you, and then make threats. IF you do currently live here, double check your lease people! You may find some inaccurate information such as $0 payment on a security deposit when you infact did pay and have the documentation to prove it! However if you're curious about this place like the news media is, then take a drive into any of its entrances and you will find families moving out constantly! Or you may find that the sewer is over flowing with sewage and it spilling out into the parking lot for nearly three weeks. In either case, do yourself a favor and just pass by it and smile knowing you don't live here!"
"I spoke with an assistant manager (by email) about a refund of my holding fee as I no longer needed the apartment. I was informed about your policy of holding fees not being refundable after 72-hours. This is fine, expect for the fact that I requested the refund within the 72-hour time frame of both the application and holding fee being submitted. Several days have now elapsed with no further update or explanation as to why my holding fee is still non-refundable when adhering to your policy. If I could I would give 0 stars. I will definitely will be filing a complaint with the BBB. - - - - - EDIT: 8-DAYS AFTER INCIDENT; 3-DAYS AFTER GOOGLE REVIEW The property manager has reached out to me (by email) to rectify this situation. Thank you for looking into this for me! I should soon be receiving a refund of the holding fee. Once the refund is received, I will definitely update this post further! - - - - - EDIT: 15-DAYS AFTER SPEAKING WITH PROPERTY MANAGER I have officially received my holding deposit refund. Thank you!"
"I’m giving this five star review because of Dee! Ever since she started managing here, all of our needs have been met and maintenance has been on point. We’ve had quite a struggle since moving in due to a bit of a high turn over rate with property management. However, she has turned the place around completely. We’re so thankful for her and truly hope she stays! She makes this place an even more enjoyable complex to live in. Thank you Dee!"
"RUN AWAY AND NEVER LOOK BACK! If you currently live here and are having obvious issues like my friend and others on these reviews, seek legal action immediately, as my friend is forced to do. He currently lives here, and has lived here since May of 2023. He was handed keys to the property and told to make a list of all the issues and report them to the management. I will also add that his lease was a thirteen month lease with a free month. He was handed keys without having a lease to sign due to their "technical issues". However he's been told that the free month started the day keys were handed to him, not when he finally received his lease almost a month later. On his move in date, he walked in to broken blinds, blinds missing, no doors on bathrooms or closets. Fixtures are broken, the sheet rock and sheet rock nails are falling out. The cabinets have no base in them. The cabinets also have mold. The refrigerator seals on the door are torn and the unit does not hold temperature, causing it to sweat and not keep food safe. The only shower in this unit is actively pulling off of the wall and its tile. The furnace would leak and drip water and the repair made was "duct tape". Active mold is growing in the mechanical room, where the furnace is located. The walls inside the mechanical room are part of the bathroom, kitchen, and venting system. Mold is spreading and is now inside the vent system and blowing mildew throughout the home. Him and his children have gotten illnesses on a constant basis. The outlet in the children's bedroom has burned up and caught fire. Nothing has been acknowledged. The windows actively leak into the living room when it rains as well. When the AC went out during the hottest part of the summer, he was without AC for two weeks. The technician Ryan, from Pardee, made the statement to him and myself because I was present on that day ; "I walked by the manager and was asked if I had went by unit *** I told them not yet, and the manager responded to me with ' Please do it, that tenant is a headache'". He has been called a "headache" for demanding responses and repairs made to a unit which is not sufficient for living with two small children. That was in June of 2023. Now it's January 01 2024. Yup, he is the problem. He has made several attempts to bring this to the property management and has even physically sat down with the manager, shown the pictures, and still nothing has been done. The neglect and lack of care is beyond belief. The only response he has received and yes I was present for one of those responses is "You must pay or you will be evicted". Despite the health concerns. Seems like he is not the only one based on the reviews with photos or mold. But hey, they do invest in landscaping, pool repairs etc. They present a perfect image and have been trained to sell you on "perfection", but I can assure you this is the definition of a slum lord and there is no concern for a human being. You are a dollar sign to this property management. Nothing more. You mean nothing to them. Your health means nothing to them. You are nothing to them."
"Today is December 16, 2023. I signed a lease a month ago and paid a holding fee of 250 dollars. They waited until I returned the keys to my previous residence and drove 2 hours to tell me I am unable to move into the apartment as promised. I am 2 hours away from any family with a small child and no where to stay. I did everything I was supposed to. They told me I would be able to move in on a certain date. They then offered keys to an apartment with holes in the vinyl, no appliances, stains and rust in the bath tub, and a broken hand rail going up the stairs. This is super inconvenient! I have no where to store my things and I am losing money on hotel rooms. I at least should be able to move into another apartment at a discounted rate due to the fact that this is their fault that I am unable to move into an apartment as promised. Please keep this in mind when looking into this apartment complex."
