"Terrible!!. The manager is an intrusive TYRANT, who sends out letters for the most ridiculous reasons threatening eviction. She calculated how much she would charge each of the tenants of a building to pay for a plumbing bill because a resident in one apt was flushing wipes down the toilet. You find snakes in the property all the time. She does nothing about it. She says she’s going to have the buildings power washed, but as usual doesn’t follow through. The washer and dryer barely work. The garbage and recycling area is always a mess. And the dog is disgusting, filthy and a snake den. These are the things the manager should be paying attention and focusing on, but instead she rather instigate and focus on our personal lives. JDC mgmt isn’t as Humane as they claim to be. Beware - the rent keeps going up and the property keeps getting worse."

"The apartment complex is a DUMP. Paige who works in the office is a great person to work with. However, I was not given full information regarding the units. Magnolia 61 .SeniorCommunity is not a Senior Community. The outside lighting is terrible. The parking is horrible. The unit I was offered was aligned with trailers that were filthy and a eyesore. After many days of trying to rent there my dates was changed several times. Hint, RUN don't consider."

"We moved my grandmother here in April 2021. This place is terribly run! Her unit is clean, but there are homeless people sleeping in her stairwell and living in the clubhouse, addicts walking around the property at night and currently no one working in the office. Absolutely terrible. Landscapers quit months ago. Trying to get her out as soon as possible. This is not a senior community as advertised. It's section 8 without any vetting of tenants and has become quite dangerous."
