"I have a friend that lives here and this place is an absolute scam. I've never seen so many fees attached to the already overpriced rent. This place is just taking advantage of college kids. My advice is take your lease to a lawyer before you sign up to live here."

Anytime I have had a maintenance issue; the maintenance team here has been able to address it almost immediately. I lived in a house last year and maintenance issues would go unaddressed for months. I am glad I finally found a place to live where I do not have to worry about outdated appliances constantly breaking."

"I highly recommend Sky Garden to any student looking for apartment housing. It is one of the higher priced places, but the amenities, staff, and apartments make it worth it. They always have little themed resident events that make the semester a little easier. The only downside would be the parking as it is buddy system and a little expensive. Otherwise, I feel safe and the distance from campus is perfect. I love it here!"
