"Was planing my moving from Indiana to Charleston and I came by tri county apartments on willow, I applied and vita responded immediately with calls and e-mails to work me through the process of settling in my new apartment. When I eventually arrive to charleston my wife didn’t like the unit we got so we spoke to vita and didn’t believe she can be so loving and kind enough to flip the apartment unit within 20mins. Vita is an hero and she deserves to be best employee of the century!!!"

"Vita has been amazing and has really helped me so much with everything regarding me moving here. I absolutely think this space is great. Lots of cabinet space, spacious rooms. Its a little dated but is expected with it being in this part of town and the building was built in the 80s. Super quiet area and maintenance, has been amazing with coming to help when a request goes in. They are very responsive and work in such a timely manner. I am highly impressed with the way they are managing this property. Especially Vita who has really just made this experience so much more pleasant, with her amazing attitude and helpful spirit!"

"I was new to the area a friend told me about the apartments and luckily they had one coming available in the next couple of weeks Kristen I think was her name and Vita were very helpful and patient in making sure I had everything I needed to successfully ne ready for move in date. I have no complaints on this experience and looking for to continue doing business with them."

"After a long thread of emails between myself and the property manager to set up and appointment to view an apartment and fill out applications, each of my emails containing my name and the last one my phone number when requested. My roommate called to confirm the appointment and was told and I quote “your roommate only only sent one email and didn’t give a name and phone number, so I wasn’t even planning on showing up to the meeting”. That people is the very definition of poor customer service. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere."
