"Do not move here if you value your sanity. I have only lived here 3 months and I am ready to move. In the 3 months I have lived here, I have emailed 4 noise complaints which have gone unanswered, I have seen countless number of roaches even though I am paying for pest control, the breezway has the same junk in it as it did the day I moved in, there was an old dirty mattress behind my apartment for 3 months and the final salt in the wound was they had my son's car towed because it had a flat tire. The towing company charges $250 then on the 3rd day they tack on another $280 . After that it is $25/ day. The manager stated the car was inoperable which was incorrect, inoperable means the car does not work, the car works fine. it just needed a new tire!!! I called and begged the complex not to tow the car when a sticker was left on the window and instead of them returning my call, the manager still contacted the company and had my son's car towed. If he couldn't afford a tire how do they think he can afford to get his car out of tow??! This is one of two things I have left in my name and she so flippantly said "I have a job to do." She also attempted to argue with me and tell me the car was tagged twice and she had a picture the towing company emailed her. Not true!!! I parked beside that car every day and it was tagged once, and the towing company even verified this. I called them again to relay this and per usual, NO RESPONSE. It's sad that the manager is actually this heartless to have a 17 y/o's car towed. The tags are current, the car was in a parking spot, not hindering anyone in any form or fashion. Yes, I am aware there is a clause in the rental agreement about towing of cars but it also states cars will be towed at the manager's discretion. The manager didn't even have the decency to return messages and address bigger issues like noisy neighbors and pests. In my opinion that's just bad business to treat someone who is actually keeping her employed, like this. If it wasn't for tenants she wouldn't have a job. I won't be renewing my lease."
"Community is a little rough. Aesthetically it looks great. However, Had an issue with kids kicking my door in but it was quickly resolved. My apartment however is beautiful. I just think there needs to be some activities for the residents. Aside from the negative issues the community is extremely boring. Appreciation for the residents needs to be shown. Food trucks? Small things in the office for residents. Instead there is nothing. Considering moving across the street bc overall I like it here but is simply boring. Hopefully things are in the works, it would make it a more happy place to live for residents"
"UPDATE; 07/02/23 GLORY I’m still waiting on my statement for the over charge on my deposit! YOU TOLD ME YOU WAS GOING TO SEND IT TO ME ONCE MY STATEMENT WAS DONE. IT HAD BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS!!! Last night someone try to break into my car. Some areas dont have lights woking properly, yesterday all the parking was taking before 6 pm by my building so i park near. Got up this morning to find my car locked by anti-theft protection activated. I was park just few feet from the main office. Protect your assets."
