"Be careful, you move in and then they can raise the rent sky high. They were built in the 80's. There are newer properties out there that are nicer. No security, anyone can get in the gate! My landlord raised my rent 32 percent!"

Brandi and Toni in the office are awesome and really help us when needed. The condo needed a little touch ups but it was worth it. Vaulted Ceilings, all vinyl hard wood and Pond View. We might even think about buying it."

"I have been renting a condo here for 2 years and love it. The complex shows much better in person than online in most pics. Mature grounds - lots of trees etc and all the buildings are 2 stories max. 2 nice clean pools - great location. We like it."
