"Edited: to add. Nicole and Rebecca are fantasic! They typically get the job done when there's an issue. But beware! Run far away from this place! It's not luxury, it's anything but luxury. I am beyond ready to move from this place. From the small things to the major things. For the amount you pay in rent for this place, you could live anywhere in the county! We could move to One Hampton Lake Apartments for what we pay. No one follows the leaseing rules in this communty. And if you call to complain nothing gets honestly done. There are so many faults the list is endless. From the pot smoking on the property, which is against the rules/guidelines, dogs being off leashes again is a no no, to trash everywhere. We pay a great amount of money for the property to look horrible. The dog park is not fix, there's gaping holes in the fence. It's just sad. We have three months left and I'm counting the minutes."

"I have lived at Emerson Isles for nearly two years now. I have never been late with a payment or ever had a complaint against me. I own two cars, one of which is driven very seldom. The lease states I can have two parking spots. When I got home from work the other night, my second car was gone. Turns out the property manager, Michaela Rizzo, made the call to have my car towed without giving me any notice. The car is registered to my apartment and parked legally. She said it was “deemed inoperable” because of a flat tire. Emerson Isles is unable to provide pictures of a note they say they put on the car warning me of a tow. I look at the car every day, and never saw said note. Instead of taking two minutes to call me, email me or post a sign on my door, they decided to take the lazy way out and just tow it. I am extremely disappointed for the lack of transparency they have shown and general lack of interest in the problem they have caused for me. I’m told I will not be able to speak to a manager for at least another week as she is “working from another office”. I will be ending my lease and moving out in January. I do not recommend leasing from Emerson Isles or dealing with them. I still can not even find out where my car is and this will cost me a lot of money. I am getting my attorney involved."
