Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Bluffton - Hilton Head

"I am so thankful for the Extended Stay America in Bluffton. The staff was absolutely amazing... each and every one of them. The rooms were immaculately clean. My family occupied two rooms for almost two months. They really made our experience a home away from home. They are also pet friendly. I was happy to see many other dog owners. The location is perfect. I can't say enough good things about our time there."

"It’s clean and serves it’s purpose well, I would have no problem coming back. That said, it was weirdly expensive for the one night I was there ($160 in late August, despite booking weeks in advance). That seemed quite high for a decent chain hotel that isn’t on the beach or has a pool, but prices do seem to be more reasonable now compared to when I stayed. Also, they do accommodate pets, which is nice. Overall I’d say this is a good place, though I do feel like I overpaid a little bit."

"Had a 2 month stay here for work between Aug and Sep '23. Front staff including Whitney and Rochelle were very pleasant and professional but they aren't supported by a good housekeeking team. Our room was cleaned only 3 times in those 8 weeks when it should have been weekly. Had to constantly request for them to do it too, (since it often passed the scheduled date) and when they did clean, it was poorly done. The shower and toilet were cleaned only once by the staff in that time. I think there were a lot of people walking off the job. Unfortunately, it seemed like Rochelle and Whitney ended up doubling up on their duties since I saw them having to do some of it themselves. Even then, there's only so much 2 individuals can do, especially during a spike in bookings. The free breakfast is simple but consistent. The beds are fairly comfortable. If you're there for a long time and they haven't resolved their staff issue, be prepared to clean yourself."

"Very accommodating and clean hotel. Not much of a breakfast selection for gluten intolerant people, mostly breads and such but they did have grits and boiled eggs. They have laundry machines which was convenient. Really enjoyed staying in our little studio. Thank y'all!"

"This is a very basic hotel. We are only staying here for one night so it’s ok. It’s clean and spacious. The King bed is comfy. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. There’s a kitchenette but you need to request cooking utensils and cutlery as they are not in the room. Bring your own toiletries as they only provide a tiny bottle of shampoo. No conditioner or body wash. The water pressure of the shower is non existence but it’s hot. There’s a fridge and a microwave oven plus a sink - good. In the lobby you can get coffee 24 hours a day. The coffee is good. There’s a continental breakfast that serves muffins, yogurt and oatmeal. It’s good enough for us. It’s included in the price. Not bad for staying over for a night."
